I. General InformationThese Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and/or transactions made through petalsforhannie.Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, all information collected from the forms of petalsforhannie will only be used to process your order. Your personal information (e.g., name, shipping address, contact number) will be deleted once your transaction with us has been completed.Transactions will only be made with the person whose name is in our order form.We are not liable, and shall not be held accountable for any delay on the part of the seller and/or courier. Request for refunds will not be entertained if they do not ship by the estimated time of shipping and/or the courier chosen will have delays in their shipment. Unless we initiate the offer of refund then such will be processed accordingly.We shall also not be harassed in case an item suddenly becomes out of stock or the manufacturer/seller cancels the production of an item.II. Payment TermsThe available payment methods are Gcash, MAYA Wallet, BDO, RCBC, and PayPal F&F.The deadline of payment for your order is usually included in your order confirmation/arrival notice email. Please do not forget to submit a payment form once the actual payment has been sent to the above-mentioned payment methods. No payment form = no payment made policy.Kindly inform petalsforhannie before the original payment deadline if your payment will be delayed. Only valid reasons will be accepted.Take note that ALL payments sent after the deadline will result in a PhP50.00 fee charged per day after the indicated deadline.In case a payment extension has been granted, the extended deadline of payment is only three (3) days after the original deadline (note that this is case-to-case basis). If we did not receive any payment during that period (inclusive of late payment fees), your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be not be allowed from having any transactions with us. You will also be posted as a bogus buyer.III. Delivery Time Frames and Methods (Expected Time of Arrival/ETA)For sea cargo purchases (Normal ETA), 4 to 6 weeks for Korea/Japan, and 10 to 15 weeks for the United States. The ETA for air cargo purchases (Fast ETA) is 3 to 10 days after ship out from our overseas addresses. However, please take note that unexpected delays may occur and change the ETA of your order/s. (e.g., port congestion, peak season)The available delivery methods are Same-day delivery (Grab Express, Lalamove, Move It, Joyride, etc), LBC, Flash, PHLPOST, and DHL only.All orders will be shipped from Quezon City, Metro Manila.Your order will be packed once the items have arrived at our Philippine address, and after we have confirmed your full payment for the merchandise and LSF.All deliveries will be scheduled on weekends. Weekday deliveries may be requested, but it will still depend on the schedule of the seller. No rush shipping please. When you submitted the order form, you agreed with the fact that you’re not impatient.Once your order has been shipped through your chosen courier, we have no more control over the transit time and situation of the package when you receive it. Nevertheless, rest assured that your order will be handled and packed safely while it is under our care.IV. Cancellation and ChangesNo cancellation of orders will be entertained once you submit an order form.In situations wherein cancellation is inevitable, you will have to inform petalsforhannie and pay a cancellation fee (50% of the base price of the item you ordered).Changes in orders will only be allowed within 24 hours after filling out the order form. This will only be limited to changing item versions and the addition of items (applicable to group orders only).In case the group order you have joined includes the card/inclusions pooling option, changing from pooling to sealed (and vice versa) will only be allowed within 24 hours after filling out the order form. The pooling rank for the members, on the other hand, can only be changed within 72 hours after you have received the order confirmation email (generally; however, this is case-to-case basis). Note that the rules in the pooling notice prevail.V. Refunds and ReturnsAll payments made are non-refundable.In case the production of an item gets canceled or the item becomes out of stock after we have purchased it, or an item takes too long to arrive (hence, voluntary cancellation), refunds will only be processed once the seller/manufacturer returns the amount we have paid for.Petalsforhannie shall also not be held liable and accountable for any damages to your items that are found to have been caused by the seller/courier during international and/or local shipping.No refunds will also be issued if the item you have ordered is found to have an undisclosed condition by the seller.We will only accept returns in cases wherein an unboxing video showing the waybill and sealed pouch has been provided and we have confirmed that wrong items were sent to the buyer.A PhP100.00 Return-to-Sender (RTS) fee will be charged to buyers whose orders are tagged as RTS by the courier.VI. Storage LimitWe can only keep your order at our address for three (2) months, starting from the date it arrived here. All items that will exceed said storage limit will be disposed of and/or resold and no refunds will be issued. In case we receive a shipping form response for an item that has already exceeded the storage limit; but the same has not been discarded, corresponding fees (Php100 per day) have to be settled before the delivery of such (e.g., the storage limit for the item you ordered will lapse on 8/30/2023; however, we received the shipping form response on 9/3/2023.
